Returns & exchanges:
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me at petya.ivanova7@gmail.com. Returns will be accepted if the buyer pays the return shipping.
- If there is a problem with your order, please contact me, before leaving negative feedback.

IMPORTANT: If the shipment, with the bought item/s from you is not claimed within the period and than is sent back to me, your money will not be returned.

- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days after you receive it. I will refund your money after receiving the product back and if it is in the condition in which I send it.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
I don’t offer refund if the package with your purchase get lost, especially when it’s lost by the Post office in the delivering country.

For digital items:
- Due to the digital nature of all items sold in my shop, I am unable to provide refunds. However, in the event that you are ever dissatisfied with any of my work, please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to correct any issue.
- Shipping policies
IMPORTANT: If the shipment, with the bought item/s from you is not claimed within the period and than is sent back to me, your money will not be returned.

Items are shipped in 1 to 2 working days after payment is received.

Please check your shipping address. I cannot be responsible for an incorrect address.
I ship via Bulgarian Posts with registered air mail. The shipment will be sent by priority and registered mail. I ship from Bulgaria and it usually takes 5-10 days for Europe and 10 – 20 business days or a few days more for USA.

Canada: 10-20 business days
Japan: 10-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-30 business days

(For the US and Canada, packages addressed to the West coast may take a few days longer than East Coast, hence the 10 days difference in the average times stated above)
